His journey began in property management within New York City, where he managed several mixed-use high-rises, overseeing major capital improvements and redevelopment projects. Transitioning to an acquisitions and asset management role at OneWall Communities, Aryeh was instrumental in the awarding of over $850 million of multifamily, developing his expertise in sourcing, underwriting, and managing assets. Aryeh continued as a key associate at Lion Citi Ventures, further establishing his approach to real estate. A Touro College alumnus with a BS in Management & Marketing, Aryeh balances his professional achievements with a rich personal life, dedicating time to his family, passionate about cooking good food, and supporting charitable causes like FDNow.

Sam’s leadership at SANA Properties draws on extensive knowledge of real estate investing and a robust accounting background. With over ten years of experience spanning private equity, hedge funds, and real estate, Sam has held key roles at renowned firms including PwC and EY. His recent position as a Corporate Accounting Analyst at Thor Equities saw him excel in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and family office management. Known for his pragmatic use of analytics and technology to enhance profitability and provide strategic direction, Sam played a pivotal role within his organization. A graduate of Queens College with a BA in Accounting and minors in Business and Economics, Sam values a balanced approach to professional success. Outside of work, he enjoys activities such as golf, dining out, travel, and contributing to community service initiatives.
